National Archaeological Museum of Athens is the
most important archaeological museums in Athens
and even in Greece and many considers that it houses
one of the finniest collection in the world. The

and cultures that flourished in Greece. The Museum

The Acropolis Museum is considered by many as one
of the most important museum in the world. The museum,

The archaeological museum of Kerameikos |
The museum is now in a
renovation process and will be open to the public
in Easter 2004.
The Museum of Kerameikos is located at 148 Ermou
Street. It was the city's cemetery from the 12th
century BC to Roman Times. Despite it central location,
this site is between the greenest in Athens. The
museum houses stalae, sculptures, vases and figurine
found on the site.

Ancient Agora (Stoa of Attalos) |

is a reproduction of the original stoa built by
King Attalos II of Pergramum around 150 B.C. The
Museum houses a rich collection of: finds from the

coins, pottery, inscriptions, clay lamps, pottery

The Goulandris Foundation Museum of Cycladic Art
is considered to be one of Athens' most important
Museum and houses a private collection of Cycladic
art and Ancient Greek art.

The Museum houses a collection is composed of over
350 objects of the central Aegean Area dated between
3200 and 2000 B.C.: marble sculpture and figurines,
